Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or booking a service with Fall Home Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services & Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person or virtual assessment, or if the scope of work changes. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed once you approve a quote and select a service date. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments where our team cannot access the property may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, subject to our discretion and applicable law.
Payment
Payment is collected after your cleaning is completed. We accept major credit and debit cards. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be disclosed before payment. No payment is collected before service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of your completed cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge, subject to the terms outlined in our booking agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Fall Home Services is insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed before service, or losses beyond the reasonable cost of the cleaning service. Please secure valuables, fragile items, and important documents before our team arrives.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Fall Home Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
